John Clark
Senior Minister
It's a humbling privilege to be the Senior Minister of the Converse Church of Christ. I feel it every day as I walk to work. But, it's not the only way I feel privileged in life. Cindi and I have four wonderful children, all married with families of their own, in which they have given us 15 grandchildren to adore. These four families are our pride and joy in life. They all love God, and worship Him with passion.
When I'm not enjoying family, I also enjoy singing in a trio we call "Nearly Departed". (yes, you are welcome to laugh at us for that name!) And sometimes I enjoy going for long drives; about 280 yards down the middle of some beautiful green fairway.
I believe C3 (and my grandkids) are giving me the opportunity to live the best years of my life!

Joe Wisley
Family Life Minister
“I’m so happy to be a part of the ministry team here at Converse. I have been richly blessed by this congregation over the years and am excited to give back in this capacity. I came to Converse Church of Christ by way of a ministry degree at Anderson University, several years in student ministry and, most recently, camping ministry. I met the love of my life, Melissa, while a student at AU, and she was kind enough to agree to spend forever with me! Melissa and I have 4 wonderful young men God has gifted us with the chance to call our sons: Jake, Wade, Hank, and Wyatt. When I’m not working to build the family here at the church, you will most likely find me outside somewhere with my personal family. We love to meet our Creator in His creation, and all the adventure that entails! We’d love to spend some time with you too. Stop on by anytime. We’ve got a fire pit in the back yard and a bag chair with your name on it!”

Jeff Thompson
Associate Minister
Born and raised in the beautiful flat lands of Nebraska. I attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney and earned a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and spent the next seven years working in the Juvenile Corrections field. In October of 2004 I responded to the call God laid on my heart and entered into full-time Student Ministry and then in June of 2013 I loaded up the family and moved to Converse... Indiana that is!
In August 2018 my ministry role changed and I am excited to focus on how C3 can help people Grow, Connect, Serve and Share the difference Jesus is making in thier lives.
Angie and I are blessed with two daughters Alyssa and Amaya.

Pam Green
Kids Hope Director
Hi there!!! I am Pam Green. Since 2002 I have been working at C3 as the Kids Hope Director and I happen to think that it is the best job ever!
Here is how kids have described my job:
“I find hope for kids” -
“ I get to work with all the really nice people who come to the school but don’t even get paid to be nice , who all wear the matching tee shirts! They are even nice to people who aren’t in Kids Hope!”
“ I know some lonely adults who need special kid friends to cheer them up” It’s a good thing I have PLENTY of willing kids to hang out with all those adults!:)
This is why I think I have the best job!
For the Personal stuff about me:
I love Jesus and serving Him alone. I desire to be salty and to never lose that saltiness. I love Gary, my husband, more and more each day. He goes along with all of me and my crazy ideas, my desire to have the nest NOT empty, and my intense competitiveness. I love my 3 adult daughters ( Kaitlyn, Margaux and Janelle) and 1 son (in law) (Zach) more than I ever dreamed possible. They have the ability to make me laugh so hard that I have had to pull the car over due to the streaming tears of joy! They would say: I am a bit obsessive with the taking pictures; Slightly noisy - especially in the morning; A bit of an outdoorsy kind of girl who loves all forms of exercise preferably with other people.
